Job Training Partnership Act (JTPA): Public Law 97-300, establishes programs to prepare unskilled adults and youth for entry into the labor force and provides job training assistance programs for economically disadvantages individuals and others facing serious barriers to employment, who are in special need of such training to obtain productive employment.
