Meaning of systems engineering, integration and test, and program management
A concatenation of three separate activities for (usually) cost purposes. Because allocation or separation of these three activities is not simple, attempts to estimate them can run afoul of "binning" differences and produce negative correlation. It is therefore beneficial to lump the three together for cost estimation purposes.
