Cumulative rules of origin
Cumulative rules of origin: a system of rules of origin which permits the production or transformation of a product in two or more specified countries in order to satisfy the access rules of the importing country. This method is sometimes used under the GSP regimes to allow preferential treatment for developing countries that might not by themselves qualify for it because they have insufficient processing capacity.
