Retraining plan
Retraining plans are designed to prevent long-term unemployment, they consist of the individual management of dismissed employees or employees threatened with dismissal for economic reasons, most of the time during a period of four to nine months, in order to facilitate the reintegration of these persons. The most well-known plans are the retraining agreement (abandoned in 2001), reintegration leave (companies with more than 1,000 employees) and the personalised reintegration agreement (companies with less than 1,000 employees).
