Vacancy rate
The vacancy rate is the proportion of vacant dwelling in all housing. It can be calculated from the population census. Park estimates at 1 January three years after the census reference date are also available. These estimates are broken down into different categories: main residences, vacant dwellings, second homes or occasional dwellings
